Return Policy
At For Craft’s Sake, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@forcraftssake.co.za. Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).
- Sale items and gift cards.
If you have concerns about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@forcraftssake.co.za.
